The petitioner assails the decision to disqualify him from induction into the Central Armed Police Forces1, owing to his cardiac condition. 2. We find that the reports of the DME2 and the RME3 differ from each other in so far as the Tachycardia from which the petitioner is stated to be suffering is concerned. Moreover, it does not appear that either of the Boards includes a qualified Cardiologist. 3. In these circumstances, we had suggested to the respondent that we could dispose of the matter by directing the petitioner to be 1 CAPF 2 Detailed Medical Examination 4. Mr. Syed Abdul Haseeb, learned CGSC, on instructions, is agreeable to a disposal of this petition with a direction that the petitioner be examined by a qualified Cardiologist in the Army Research and Referral Hospital. 5.
