The petitioner assails the decision to disqualify him from induction into the Central Armed Police Forces1, owing to his cardiac condition. 2. We find that the reports of the DME2 and the RME3 differ from each other in so far as the Tachycardia from which the petitioner is stated to be suffering is concerned. Moreover, it does not appear that either of the Boards includes a qualified Cardiologist. 3. Mr. Syed Abdul Haseeb, learned CGSC, on instructions, is agreeable to a disposal of this petition with a direction that the petitioner be examined by a qualified Cardiologist in the Army Research and Referral Hospital. 5. Accordingly, let the petitioner be examined by a qualified Cardiologist in the Army Research and Referral Hospital. The Cardiologist would also be provided copies of the DME and the RME reports. 6.
