Against the order impugned dated 29.10.2025 which has been passed under Section 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the remedy of appeal is prescribed in Section 31 of the same Act and if any order is passed in appeal then a further remedy is prescribed before the National Green Tribunal under Section 31B of the Act, 1981. The aforesaid statutory remedy has not been availed, we are not inclined to interfere for this reason. 2. Let the petitioner avail the aforesaid remedy. 3.
