This petition is directed against order dated 15.07.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad ('Tribunal') in Original Application ('OA') No. 1090 of 2012, whereby the OA, filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed. 2. The OA was filed aggrieved of the orders dated 15.05.2012 and 11.04.2000, passed by the respondents and seeking pay scale of Rs. 5000- 8000 in the hierarchy from 09.08.1999 under Assured Career Progression ('ACP') Scheme or pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000 under Government letter dated 20.05.2003 along with arrears and interest. 3.
