This petition is directed against order dated 19.03.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application No. 940 of 2012 (for short 'O.A.'), whereby the O.A. filed by respondent no.1 seeking quashing of the charge sheet dated 14.12.2010 has been allowed, charge sheet has been set aside and the orders passed consequent to the charge sheet have also been quashed.
