Since counter and rejoinder affidavits have been exchanged between the parties and a joint statement has been made that they do not propose to file any further affidavit, the writ petition is being decided at the admission stage. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that the State of U.P. undertook exercise for filling up of the post of Sub-Inspector, Civil Police, P.C. (P.A.C) for the year 2020-21. The writ petitioner claims to have applied in pursuance of the said advertisement.
