Re C.M. Time Extension Application No. 2 of 2025 1. This application has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of order dated 18.09.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 13612 of 2025. 2. Submissions have been made that while partly allowing the writ petition, respondents-applicants were granted four weeks' time to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 21.06.2023 in relation to requirement of Clause 5.1 of the transfer policy in terms of directions issued by this Court on 16.06.2023. However, on account of the fact that due to relocating the offices of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs from North Block to Kartavya Bhawan, the requisite could not be placed before the Committee and therefore, some more time may be granted. 3.
