Rev. No. 202/2022 and order dated 17.08.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (‘MM’), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2. By the impugned order the learned ASJ allowed the revision petition filed by Respondent No.2/prosecutrix and thereby directed framing of charges against the petitioner for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). By order dated 17.08.2023 the learned MM in compliance of the impugned order framed charges against the petitioner for the offence under Section 354 of the IPC. 3.
