This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 29.11.2018 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in C.P No. 300/2015 in O.A. No. 833/2014, titled Shri Vijay Kumar v. General Manager Northern Railway, H.Q. Baroda House & Anr., whereby the learned Tribunal disposed of the contempt petition filed by the petitioner, holding that the respondents Signature Not Verified Signed By:RENUKA W.P.(C) 2997/2019 Page 1 of 7 NEGI Signing Date:04.12.2025 18:08:50 had duly complied with the Order dated 12.08.2014 passed by learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 833/2014. 2. The learned Tribunal had disposed of the above O.A. filed by the petitioner, with the following directions: “4. We, in the above facts and circumstances of the case, allow this OA and direct the respondents to grant the scale of pay of Rs.6500- 10500 to the applicant w.e.f. 10.04.1995 along with all consequential benefits. In case the other similarly placed persons have been granted the arrears of pay and allowances with interest, the applicant shall also be given the same within a period of two months form the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no Order as to costs.” 3. Though the respondents challenged the aforesaid Order dated 12.08.2014 before this Court by way of a Writ Petition, being W.P.(C)
