This petition assails order dated 24 May 2023 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal1 in OA 2560/2021 whereby the respondent’s application for grant of disability pension on the ground that he suffers from CAD2 with 30% disability and Diabetes Mellitus Type-II with 20% disability, composite 44%, rounded off to 50%, lifelong, has been allowed by the AFT. 2.
