The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner/hospital, assailing the Award dated 10.04.2018 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court–V, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in ID No. 5233/2016, whereby the respondent/ nurse, was held entitled 2.
