DSIIDC/EE (CD-12 IA)/BIA/2018-19/5034-5038 as issued by Respondent No. 1; In the alternative (b) Direct the Respondent Nos.l and 2 to determine the nature and extent of maintenance charges, CETP charges on concessional basis based on principles of fairness, reasonableness, proportionality and not on commercial rates as levied to other Industrial allottees, industrial buildings; (c) Pass any such or further order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.” FACTUAL BACKGROUND 2.
