The present petition has been filed by the petitioner [Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI)] assailing a communication / letter dated 08.05.2025, issued by the respondent no.1/Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), Union of India, whereby, India Taekwondo/respondent no.3 has been granted recognition as the National Sports Federation (NSF) for the sport of Taekwondo in India.
