This appeal is directed against order dated 09.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 31195 of 2025, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner-appellant seeking correction in the date of birth has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed inter alia seeking correction in the date of birth pertaining to the high school certificate of the year 1982. Submissions were made that the petitioner had applied in the year 1982 itself seeking correction which was not incorporated and when again the petitioner applied in the year 2022, the same was rejected as barred by limitation as prescribed in the Uttar Pradesh Intermediate Education Act, 1921 ('the Act'). 3.
