This appeal is directed against order dated 28.08.2025, passed by learned Single Judge in Transfer Application (Civil) No. 238 of 2023, whereby the Transfer Application, filed by the respondent, has been allowed and the proceedings under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 have been transferred from Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhadohi to Family Court, Mirzapur. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised on behalf of the respondent that the present Special Appeal is not maintainable. Reliance has been placed on the judgment in Dr. Ajay Chaturwedi Vs. Smt. Shobhana : Special Appeal No. 1037 of 2014, decided on 26.11.2014. 3. In view of the law laid down by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dr. Ajay Chaturwedi (supra), the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. (Kshitij Sh
