This appeal is directed against the order dated 31.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ C No.43346 of 2024 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant has been disposed of. 2. The writ petition was filed inter alia with the submissions that an advertisement dated 26.10.2024 was issued regarding organizing a lease camp in the premises of Tehsil compound Salempur on 11.11.2024 relating to pond No.1523-Ka in village-Khukhundu, Tehsil-Salempur, District-Deoria. The appellant filed application claiming the said lease. By the due date, five applications were filed for taking the lease in question pertaining to Pond No.1523-Ka. After verification, only two applications were found as per the eligibility criteria, one of the appellant and another of respondent No.6-Nar Singh. 3. Submissions have been made that responden
