The bunch of said appeals was decided vide judgment and order dated 23.07.2010 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench. Copy of the said order has been placed before us after downloading if from the computer records. We find that the number of present special appeal bearing No.772 (S/B) of 2008 is mentioned in the said judgment as one of the appeals at Sl. No.181 which was decided by a common judgment dated 23.07.2010 and learned counsel for the appellants has placed before us a copy of
