On 26.09.2025 when the matter came up before this Court in the 'Oldest Pending Cases in this High Court, for Priority Hearing' category, none was present for the appellants. Learned Standing Counsel was directed to find out the present status of the subject matter of the present petition, wherein the recognition granted to the appellant school was revoked, wherein an interim order was granted on 18.04.2013. 2. On 03.11.2025 again, none was present for the appellants. Pursuant to the directions, instructions were produced by the Standing Counsel indicating that except for the fact that school in question is presently functioning till the session 2024-25 with 63 students, no other development has taken place qua the subject matter of the present petition. 3.
