This appeal is directed against order dated 07.08.2023 passed in Writ - A No. 126 of 2001, whereby learned Single Judge had dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellant. 2. During the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner filed Writ - A No. 3605 of 2024, which came to be decided along with a bunch of writ petitions led by Writ - A No. 8437 of 2023 : Awadhesh Kumar Pandey Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others, on 31.05.2024 by learned Single Judge pursuant to which, now an order dated 01.07.2025 has been passed by the Regional Level Committee regularizing the appointment/services of the appellant. 3.
