This appeal is directed against order dated 11.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant against order of transfer dated 06.09.2025 has been dismissed. 2. The appellant was working as Lekhpal at Lucknow and was transferred by order dated 14.06.2025 by Additional Commissioner (Administrative), Lucknow Division, Lucknow to District Sitapur on administrative grounds. Feeling aggrieved, the writ petition was filed, wherein reliance was placed on Rule 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Lekhpal Service (Third Amendment) Rules, 2015, wherein provisions pertaining to vacancies not exceeding 20% of the sanctioned strength has been provided. 3.
