The appeal is directed against the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 1542 of 2023, whereby the learned Single Judge, came to the conclusion that for lack of any positive direction by the writ Court for making regular appointment of the applicant, it cannot be said that any contempt of the directions issued by this Court has been committed. Observations have been made that if the applicant is still aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law. 2.
