After arguing the matter at length, on being confronted with regard to the discrepancy in the dates mentioned in the EWS certificates issued, copies of which have been annexed at page 99 and at page 107, as., though both the certificates pertains to the same financial year i.e. 2019- 20 and make a reference to income certificate no. 163171017038, but the date of said certificate is different, that is, at page 99 the date is 14.10.2019, whereas at page 107 the date is 21.11.2017, no explanation could be offered by learned counsel for the appellant and it is highly unlikely that the EWS certificate would be issued on 04.10.2019 based on an income certificate dated 21.11.2017. 3.
