This appeal is directed against order dated 17.10.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 36320 of 2025, whereby the learned Single Judge by interim order has directed appointment of an Authorized Controller to take charge of concerned Society and ensure that the Committee is run in terms of its Bye-laws. 2. Counsel for the appellant made submissions that the order impugned has been passed without noticing any of the contentions raised before the learned Single Judge and a drastic order for appointment of Authorized Controller has been passed without there being any occasion in this regard. 3.
