This is a special appeal under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 challenging the judgment and order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Writ -A No.4860 of 2024. In fact by the same judgment another writ petition bearing Writ-A No.4832 of 2024 was also decided. Against the judgment qua the aforesaid Writ-A No.4832 of 2024 a prior appeal bearing Special Appeal Defective No.378 of 2025 was filed, albeit, belatedly just as this appeal has been filed.
