This appeal is directed against order dated 24.01.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - A No. 28945 of 2021, whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent was allowed and the order dated 24.07.2021 granting provisional pension was set aside and the appellants were directed to pay retiral benefits and final pension to the respondent forthwith within a period of two months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order. 2.
