The matter comes up upon an application filed by the respondents seeking disposal of the present appeal in the light of order in State of U.P. and 2 others Vs. Dinesh Rai : Special Appeal No. 230 of 2024 and other connected appeals, decided on 15.09.2025. 2. Submissions have been made that the present appeal arises out of the similar order which was subject matter of appeal in the case of Dinesh Rai (supra) and, therefore, the present appeal may also be decided in light of the said order. 3.
