This appeal was filed on 23.04.2008 challenging the order dated 07.02.2007, which was an interim order passed in Writ Petition No.5815 (S/S) of 2005. The writ petition as per the computer record was disposed of as infructuous. 3. The Standing Counsel appearing for the appellant is not in a position to inform us as to whether the interim order was complied or not. In any case this appeal was delayed by one year and more. 4. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay and do not find the explanation to be satisfactory and sufficient.
