None appears for the appellants to press the application for condonation of delay nor the appeal, however, learned Standing Counsel for the State is present. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State says that the appointment of the appellants was dehors the rules and not against any sanctioned post nor in accordance with the procedure prescribed, however, we are at this stage not concerned with the merits of the matter. The judgment impugned is dated 25.10.2021 and the appeal has been filed on 04.08.2022. Even after giving the benefit of the orders passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No.3 of 2020, the limitation would be extended only till 28.02.2022 whereas the appeal has been filed
