This special appeal has been filed against order dated 09.10.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ C No. 35381 of 2025 whereby while disposing of the writ petition filed by respondent-Nursing College, directions have been given to the appellant to inspect the institution within a period of 15 days in the presence of concerned authority of the college and submit a detailed report including the objections, if any, raised by the respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of inspection. 2.
