This appeal is directed against order dated 22.05.2025 passed in Writ - C No. 16535 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner- appellant has been dismissed. 2. The appeal is barred by 147 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay along with affidavit has been filed. 4. Submission has been made in the application seeking condonation of delay that after passing of the judgement by learned Single Judge, the order was sent to the appellant by ordinary post, which did not reach to him and only when he visited Allahabad for some other personal work and contacted the counsel, he was informed about dismissal of the writ petition.
