This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 09.07.2019 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 2478/2018, titled Smt. Rajesh Rathi v. GNCTD & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal dismissed the O.A. filed by the petitioner. 2. In a nutshell, the background of the case is that the petitioner is employed as a TGT (Mathematics) at the Government Co-Ed Senior Secondary School, Hiran Kudna, New Delhi.
