Through the present Appeals, the Appellants assail the correctness of common judgement dated 04.03.2024 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Judgement‟] passed by the learned Single Judge [hereinafter referred to as „LSJ‟], wherein two separate suits Signature Not Verified Signed By:JAI NARAYAN RFA(OS)(COMM)14/2024& 33/2025 Page 1 of 19 Signing Date:27.11.2025 17:40:56 filed by the Respondent [Plaintiff before the learned Single Judge], were decreed. 2.
