We have heard Mr. Keshav Sehgal, learned Counsel for the respondents and Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, learned Counsel for the petitioner at length on this review petition. 2. Having heard, learned Counsel for both sides, we are inclined only to modify our judgment dated 21 August 2025 to a limited extent. In the said judgment, we had analogised the case of Mahendra W.P.(C) 4860/2023 3. S.S. Bedi was a case which arose under the Army (Pension) Regulations, 1961. The respondent S.S.
