The petitioner’s grievance is that his candidature for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Industrial Security Force1 has been cancelled on the ground that he suffers from Colour Blindness merely on the basis of one medical examination without conducting the Review Medical Examination2, as per his entitlement. 2.
