The petitioner’s grievance is that his candidature for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Industrial Security Force1 has been cancelled on the ground that he suffers from Colour Blindness merely on the basis of one medical examination without conducting the Review Medical Examination2, as per his entitlement. 2. Issue notice. 3. With consent of the parties, we dispose of the writ petition. 5. Mr. Amit Gupta, on instructions, undertakes that the petitioner would be subjected to a RME by the competent authorities within a period of 10 days from today. 6. Let the needful be done. 7. The RME would also examine the petitioner’s suitability for the post of Constable (GD) in CISF. 8. Should the petitioner continue to remain aggrieved, his rights in law would remain reserved. 9. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. C.
