This petition is directed against an inquiry report. During the pendency of these proceedings, the disciplinary proceedings have culminated in the passing of an order of punishment against the petitioner. It is but natural that the petitioner will have to challenge the said punishment order. 2. Accordingly, Mr. Tapas Das seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition which would also include a challenge to the punishment order. 3.
