The dispute has arisen out of Contract dated 29.03.2024 (the Contract) executed between the petitioner and respondent No.1. The petitioner asserts that under the terms of the Contract, respondent No. 1 undertook works concerning supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a solar power plant at the premises of WWF-India, situated at 172 B, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi.
