By way of the present appeal, the appellants seek to assail the judgement of conviction dated 07.08.2023 vide which they have been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 304 (Part-1)/323/341/34 IPC and order on sentence dated 09.11.2023 vide which they were directed 2.
