The Petitioner in the present case has raised a grievance that the Respondents have not given her promotion to the post of Assistant Commandant in the year in which she was entitled to. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Mahila/Naik under sports quota in the year 1995; she was promoted to the post of Head Constable in the year 1997, and then to the post of Sub-Inspector in the year 2010. 3.
