(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter “the Act”), seeking appointment of an Arbitrator, to adjudicate upon the disputes that have arisen between the parties out of Professional Service Agreement dated 15.01.2025 (hereinafter “the Agreement”). 2. The case of the petitioner is that he was engaged by the respondent as a Material-cum-Quality Control Engineer vide Offer Letter dated 16.10.2023 (hereinafter “the Offer Letter”), for a period of thirty-six months commencing from 05.11.2023. Thereafter, the Agreement is purported to have been entered into by the parties, as stipulated in the Offer Letter.
