Learned counsel for the tenants submits that since the landlord- tenant relationship between the parties is admitted, there is no requirement of addressing any arguments qua the same. In any event, he submits that the entire case of the tenants is with respect to the alleged bona fide requirement of the landlord, as well as that he has numerous alternative accommodations available to suit his needs.
