Through the present Appeal, the Appellant assails the correctness of order dated 12.03.2024 [hereinafter referred to as „Impugned Order‟] passed by the Learned Single Judge [hereinafter referred as “LSJ”], whereby an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as „CPC‟] filed by the Appellant [Defendant No.8 before the LSJ] seeking rejection of Plaint was found without merit and hence, dismissed. 2.
