As per the Status Report of MCD, demolition action on the property of the petitioner, as well as respondent no. 3, has been fixed for 19th November, 2025. 4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 has handed over a copy of the order dated 28th March, 2023 passed in W.P.(C) 10710/2019, titled as “Deepak Kumar Versus North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Anr.”, and relies upon the Status Report filed on behalf of MCD in the said order. 5.
