Perusal of the aforesaid Status Report shows that the property of the petitioner also stands booked, along with the property of respondent no. 3. 3. As per the Status Report of MCD, demolition action on the property of the petitioner, as well as respondent no. 3, has been fixed for 19th November, 2025. 4.
