This is an appeal filed under Section 20 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’) assailing the judgment/award dated 25.09.2018 passed by the learned Labour Commissioner, Vishwakarma Nagar, New Delhi, rejecting the claim petition of the appellants under Section 22 of the said Act. 2.
