The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 (“Constitution”), inter alia, seeking to quash Clause 5 (j) of the General Instructions issued for the Internal Committee Elections 2024-25, Jawaharlal Nehru University (“JNU”), by respondent no. 3, i.e., Presiding Officer of the Internal Committee.
