The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to remove encroachments made by respondent no. 6 over plot No. 168-Sa area admeasuring 0.025 hectare situated at Mohalla Rampur alias Jhingur Patti, Pargana and Tehsil Sadar, District Ghazipur. 2. Submission has been made that the land in question is Banjar and respondent no. 6 has encroached over the said land and, therefore, respondents be directed to remove the encroacher from the Government land. 3.
