HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1. Heard. 2. This petition was filed as a PIL in 2019 seeking quashing of Clause 3 of the impugned advertisement dated 5.3.2019. 3. The advertisement was in relation to engagement of panel lawyers for the Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. Clause 3 imposes a condition that the advocate applying for being empanelled should be an income tax payer and should have annual income of Rs. 5 lakhs for Panel advocate and Rs. 7 lakhs for the Standing Counsel. 4. The Standing Counsel informed that in 2020, fresh guidelines were framed and lawyers have been engaged accordingly. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed. (Rajeev Bharti,J.)
