This petition has been filed in the nature of PIL seeking removal of illegal encroachment of opposite party nos.7 and 8 who have allegedly occupied Gata No. 1842. 3. The brief holder, Shri Surya Prakash says that the land in question is bhumidhari land in which the petitioner has a share. 4. It appears that with the passage of time, the cause has lost its efficacy. In any case, in the absence of the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain this petition any further. 5.
