This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 18.03.2025 whereby the District Magistrate though found the respondent no. 5 guilty of wrongdoing, except for ordering for recovery of the defalcated funds, did not pass any order under the provisions of Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 2. On noticing the said aspect, the Principal Secretary was required to file personal affidavit with regard to the action taken. 3.
