This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, a Deed Writer, seeking a direction to the respondents not to shift the office of the Sub-Registrar to the Tehsil compound. 2. Submission has been made that the office in question is presently working at Munsif court compound from where the same was sought to be transferred to Rasra Tehsil premises, which is not justified. 3. Submission has been made that on account of the said shifting, several deed writers/stamp vendors, who are working at the present place, would be uprooted. 4. Further submission has been made that the distance of the Tehsil premises from the present place office is about two and half kilometers, which will also lead to difficulties for the people involved. 5.
