This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents not to damage the house/shop of the petitioner as well as other aggrieved persons for constructing the drainage beside the road and provide compensation for damaging the house of the petitioner as well as other aggrieved persons. 2. The respondents were directed to seek instructions.
