This petition was filed in the year 2013 challenging the tender notice relating to Shahjahanpur Toll Plaza, Section at Garrah River Bridge, N.H. 24 as well as seeking a restraint against the respondents from raising any illegal/unlawful demand in the name of toll tax from the public at large over the aforesaid Toll Plaza. Apparently, no interim order was granted and the matter remained pending for all these years. 2. Today, though the case is listed in the category of 'Oldest Pending Cases in this High Court, for Priority Hearing', none is present for the petitioner. 2.
